With the news of Galliano being the hot words on everybody's lips at the moment, one must not forget Melbournes own fashion news. In just 2 days the city vamps up it's fashion interest for a week of catwalks and true Melbourne style.
But it won't just be next week - they don't call it a festival for nothing.
The official LMFF program began a few days ago, the main events will run from 14-20th but the jam-packed cultural program will go on for another month.
As excited I am for the main shows, the exhibitions and array of films on display look just as great, plus many of them are free.

I'm also thrilled to announce that Sleepless in Stilettos will be officially reporting just for you at a couple of the shows throughout the week, plus I'm sure I can manage to sneak in some reports on the cultural events for the interstate readers.
